The groundwork in General and Fatimah Jinnah block has officially started. Machines and labor are deployed in both of these blocks to carry out landscaping. Furthermore, land demarcation in these two blocks is also underway, and it will be completed in a couple of days, followed by roads and street cuttings. Once the street layout is finished, we will move on to plot cuttings. Upon visiting Park Zameen Town, you will see the streets, followed by plot cuttings in both of these blocks.
Main Boulevard Development Work
We are paying special attention to the Main Boulevard of Park Zameen Town. The 8-inch base is already laid on the main boulevard, from the start at Chakri Road to the first roundabout and extending further. Followed by the base, a 6-inch layer of sub-base is also laid on Main Boulevard. Currently, water compaction is done daily, and rollers are making sure that the sub-base sets firmly for the final layer. Overall, the main Boulevard is ready for carpeting, which will be initiated soon.
Installation of Light Poles on Main Boulevard
Another significant development to share is the installation of light poles on the Main Boulevard. A mix of 40-foot and 32-foot-high poles was transported to the site. More than 10 light poles have already been installed, and further installation is in progress. Furthermore, the wiring for the installed poles is complete, making them functional. Upon visiting the site at night, you will witness a fully lit Main Boulevard.
Sewerage Lines and Underground Piping
A reliable sewerage infrastructure is mandatory for efficient wastewater management, and we understand it well. Therefore, the sewerage lines are laid during the groundwork. To give an overview, sewerage lines along Main Boulevard are complete on a 3-kilometer-long area. Furthermore, General Block rainwater sewerage drain work is underway. To sum it up, the sewerage infrastructure of all blocks will be ready along with plot cuttings. In addition to this, the underground piping for the provision of basic utilities is complete on Main Boulevard.
Plantation of Trees
To enhance the beauty, and maintain an eco-friendly and healthy environment, we took the initiative to plant trees in different areas to boost horticulture in the society. In the first phase, we planted a significant amount of Palm trees around the Main Boulevard. The greening of the first roundabout is also complete, as the development spreads further; we aim to create dedicated green spaces with trees, plants, and flowers. A lush green park is also on our agenda to beautify society and improve air quality.
Society’s First Round About
The development of the first roundabout of Park Zameen Town is completed, along with the circular footpath around it. Moreover, the flowers planted on each side further increase its beauty and appeal. This roundabout will help improve the traffic flow. The manholes around this roundabout are also installed and functional.
Elysium Mall & Residency Development Update
Elysium Mall is a mixed-use, high-rise development in Park Zameen Town. It offers commercial units, office spaces, and residential apartments in a secure environment. The construction officially started after the groundbreaking, back in January 2024. 65 total lengths are added to the foundation, with each length being 50 feet deep. The foundation work of Elysium Mall is in the final stages and will be completed soon, followed by vertical development.
Divine Grace Premium Villas Development Update
Divine Grace Premium Villas are ready to move in luxury homes, adding to the value of Park Zameen Town being a multi-style living community. The foundation work of Divine Grace Premium Villas is already completed, and further development is underway.
On-site Dealer Offices
Multiple registered dealer offices are placed at the site of Park Zameen Town. The offices are now fully functional, and dealers are sitting here and assisting the respected PZT customers.
