In our recent survey, we received many requests from members about possessions. Most of our customers want possession to capitalize on opportunities and initiate the construction of their dream homes. As you already know, the development of Park Zameen Town is underway at a swift pace. This enabled us to deliver plots to our respected customers and announce Early Possessions.
Initially, our goal was to develop Park Zameen Town, urbanize it, and make it an active residential community. The Early Possessions handover will start in May 2025. Management will announce the exact dates later.

It is also important to mention that this is the first phase, so we will announce limited possessions. Members, who are interested in becoming a part of Early Possession should act fast, and contact our support team. You should acquire the Possession Request Form, fill it and submit it to Park Zameen Town management, so we can check your eligibility.
Keep in mind that, the last date to submit your application is 31st January 2025, so act accordingly.
